NDIS Core support and capacity building services we offer
Personalised Care - We provide personalised, compassionate care in the comfort of your own home to maintain dignity and independence for NDIS Participants. This could include showering, personal grooming and toileting needs, assisting with meal planning and preparation, assistance with cleaning and other household tasks based on the goals and needs of the NDIS Participant.
Communication and capacity building utilising technology– individualised tailored support to enhance communication and social connection or employment prospects for greater independence. This could be helping setup their assistive technology such as mobile phone, tablet or laptop securely, or training on how to use the devices effectively, navigate their devices or help them with applications based on the NDIS Participants individual's goals.
Transport - We can provide transport to our NDIS clients as part of our support services to access community events, training programs and employment locations with support as per the needs of the Participants to reach their goals. We can also assist in travel training for the participants for independence and community participation.
Community Access – we strive to create supportive pathways for our NDIS participants, to engage safely and thrive in the community. Enabling enjoyable participation in social, cultural and recreational activities to foster genuine relationships and networks in their chosen Community's.
